SUMMARY

Both form and function. Underneath, the large grey reinforced concrete tank structure Garco built contains approximately 2.2 million gallons of combined sewer and storm water, spanning 320 feet long and 65 feet wide along the south bank of Spokane Falls. Overhead, the plaza is a Landscape Architects’ dream of decorative concrete features, waterfalls, and artwork. The CSO 26 plaza creates another opportunity to experience Spokane with a new vista of the river and the falls.
