SUMMARY

The 2.6 million-square-foot, four-story robotic fulfillment center is on a nearly 80-acre site northeast of Interstate 90-Medical Lake interchange and just southwest of Spokane International Airport.

Garco Construction and CR Concrete teamed on the building concrete package.   In combination with Garco labor, CR Concrete placed and finished over 2.64 Million SF of concrete slabs including over 50,000 CY of concrete.  The project was praised by Amazon management as one of the best floor surfaces in the nation.

CR Concrete also performed weather damaged floor repairs, joint mitigation and epoxy floor modifications.
