SUMMARY

New North Spokane Costco on US HWY #2. Construction included a 167,000 SF warehouse and a two lane roundabout. Construction was completed in 110 days.

CR was contracted to install the main high tolerance interior concrete floors, along with a turn key package to build the roundabout on Highway 2. This work included all earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete curbs, sidewalks, decorative concrete, and landscaping.
