CR Concrete served as the Prime Contractor for the Mirabeau Transit Center, a major transit hub for Spokane Transit Authority. The project included extensive earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, and building construction.  The project showcases CR Concrete’s full range of civil expertise along with ability to manage complex building components as a full service general contractor.

The facility was designed to meet current transit needs while preparing for the future, offering expanded park-and-ride parking, enhanced security with cameras on the platform and throughout parking areas, and infrastructure ready for future electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
