This six‑story 210 residential units and 108 structured parking spaces serve essential workers, students, and other professionals seeking convenient, affordable housing near downtown, the University District, and health care centers. 

The project includes a welcoming courtyard, outdoor amenities, and common laundry facilities, all designed to support a vibrant residential community in an urban setting. This project had complex past tension concrete and ducks, but turned into a beautiful complex.
