CR Concrete was proud to support the expansion of the Swire Coca‑Cola distribution facility in Spokane Valley, a major enhancement that significantly strengthens regional manufacturing and logistics infrastructure.

CR Concrete played a key role in this massive concrete job.  Exterior site improvements included curbs, sidewalk and over 120K square feet of 8” concrete paving. Inside the facility, CR restored  30,000 square feet of existing concrete slab on grade .  Floor enhancements included polyurea joint filler and an industrial epoxy coating system to combat harsh chemical exposure.
